Return Policy
Customer’s Satisfaction is always our top priority. If the product you received is factory defected, damaged during transportation or even a wrong item, please contact us in 7 days after your item arrived. We will take appropriate actions to solve the problem for you.
The return policy governs any purchase made through miniwan-online. We offer a 7 Days Return Policy for defective items from the date of arrival (DOA) at your location.
Customer's returned item must meet the requirements stated below in order for us to accept it.
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. This also applies to defective items. We are responsible for the shipping cost of sending back the replacement item(s). - Any item lost in the mail will not be responsible by miniwan-online
- All returns, for any reason, must be packaged with instruction booklets and all other supplied accessories when it was first delivered to you.
- Returned item must be double boxed, customer should not adhere any labels or postage on the product's packaging.
- Our suppliers and manufacturers will have the final decision on validating of the warranty.
